Pre-Care & Eligibility Guidelines Please read carefully before booking your appointment. Who Is Eligible? For your safety and to ensure optimal results, you must meet the following criteria. You are not eligible for treatment if you: • Are under 18 years old (valid ID required at appointment) • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation (Written medical clearance required if in remission) • Have a history of keloids or raised scarring • Have uncontrolled diabetes or blood disorders • Are currently taking Accutane (must be off for at least 12 months) • Have received Botox or fillers near the treatment area within the last 2–4 weeks • Have active skin conditions in the treatment area (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, severe acne) • Are on blood-thinning medications that cannot be paused (please consult your doctor) Not sure if you’re eligible? Reach out before booking—consultations are available and may be required. ⸻ Before Your Appointment Proper pre-care helps your skin heal beautifully and enhances your results. Please follow these guidelines: 7 Days Before: • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning • Discontinue fish oil, vitamin E, or other blood-thinning supplements (if approved by your doctor) 48–72 Hours Before: • No alcohol or caffeine • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, or similar medications (unless prescribed) • Refrain from intense exercise, hot yoga, or sauna sessions 24 Hours Before: • Keep the area clean and free of makeup, lotion, or skincare products • Stay well-hydrated and well-rested Day of Appointment: • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (or treatment area) • Please do not bring guests, children, or pets A consultation is required for all restorative tattoo procedures, including stretch mark and scar revision/camouflage. ⸻ By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood all pre-care and eligibility requirements.

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
